[국내자료/학술지] 진사 외. 2022. 재한 중국인 유학생의 문화지능, 전공몰입, 창의성 및 대학생활적응의 구조적 관계

[초록]

한국에서 유학 중인 중국인을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였고 총 416부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였으며, 기술통계 상관분석 및 구조방정식을 분석에 사용하였다. 문화지능과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 전공몰입과 창의성의 매개효과는 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 활용하여 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화지능은 대학생활적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 문화지능과 대학생활적응의 관계를 전공몰입이 매개하였다. 셋째, 문화지능과 대학생활적응의 관계를 창의성이 매개하였다. 넷째, 문화지능과 대학생활적응의 관계를 전공몰입과 창의성이 이중매개하였다. 이러한 결과는 재한 중국인 유학생의 대학생활적응을 위해서는 문화지능, 전공몰입과 창의성을 함께 고려하는 것이 필요하기에, 대학차원에서 전공몰입과 창의성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 시사한다.

Data were collected through an online survey of Chinese studying in Korea, and a total of 416 copies of data were used for final analysis, and technical statistics correlation analysis and structural equations were used for analysis. In the relationship between cultural intelligence and college adaptation, the mediating effect of major commitment and creativity was verified by using bootstrapping. The results of the study are as follows. First, cultural intelligence did not directly affect college adaptation. Second, major commitment mediated the relationship between cultural intelligence and college adaptation. Third, creativity mediated the relationship between cultural intelligence and college adaptation. Fourth, the relationship between cultural intelligence and college adaptation was doubly mediated by major commitment and creativity. These results suggest that it is important to come up with measures to increase major commitment and creativity at the university level because cultural intelligence, major commitment, and creativity are necessary to adapt to college life of Chinese students in Korea.
