[초록]

연구방법 : 연구방법은 체계적 문헌고찰로 설정하였다.

결과 : 연구결과로는 국내 대학교의 외국인 유학생 현황, 외국인유학생 유치 활성화 방안으로 구성되었으며 세부 활성화 방안으로는 국제적 시설 개선 및 환경 조성, 대학교의 교육 프로그램 특화, 산학연계를 통한 장학 재정 강화가 제시되었다.

결론 : 결론적으로 외국인 유학생이 원하는 학습 환경을 구축하고 전문성 있는 관리가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 즉 외국인 유학생의 유치가 필수인 시대 속에서 외국인 유학생이 알아서 생존하도록 방치하는 시스템이 아닌 적응과가치 있는 교육을 바탕으로 한 관리가 기본적으로 마련되어야 한다는 점을 의미한다.

Methods : As for the research method, systematic literature review was set as the research method.

Result : The results of the study consisted of the current status of foreign students at domestic universities and measures to promote the attraction of foreign students. As detailed measures for activation, international facility improvement and environment, specialization of university education programs, and strengthening scholarship finance to produce industry-academia linkages were presented.

Conclusion : In conclusion, it is necessary to establish a learning environment desired by foreign students and to conduct professional management. In other words, it means that management based on adaptation and valuable education, not a system that leaves foreign students to survive on their own in an era where attracting foreign students is essential, should be prepared.
