긴급재난 상황에서 대학이 지원하는 학생지원 서비스에대해 인식하는 수준과 코로나19로 인한 재한 중국인 유학생의 심리사회적 어려움, 특히 차별감에 초점을 두어 대학 만족과의 관련성을 파악하였다.
본 연구에서는 주요 변수 간 관계를 탐색하기 위해 2021년 11월 15일부터 26일까지약 2주간 중국인 유학생들을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 유학생 학생지원 만족 상위집단의 대학 만족 평균이 하위집단의 평균보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 차별감 상위집단의 대학 만족 평균이 하위집단의 평균보다 낮은것으로 나타났다. 즉, 유학생 대상 학습지원, 심리 및 정서 지원, 취업 지원 등의 비교과 프로그램의 운영과 모국어 지원, 한국어 교육, 행정적 지원 등 대학 생활 지원 등유학생 학생지원 서비스 만족 수준이 높을수록 대학 만족 수준이 높으며, 유학생으로서 차별감을 높게 지각할수록 대학 만족 수준은 낮아지고, 차별감 수준을 낮게 지각할수록 대학 만족 수준은 높아진다고 볼 수 있다.
이러한 연구결과를 토대로 중국인 유학생의 대학 만족 수준을 높일 수 있는 교과및 비교과 교육과정 개선, 행정서비스 지원, 중국문화 이해 촉진을 위한 대학문화 환경 조성 등의 함의를 제시하였다.
The relationship between university satisfaction and university satisfaction was identified by focusing on the student support services supported by universities in emergency situations and the psycho social difficulties of Chinese students in Korea due to COVID-19, especially the sense of discrimination. In this study, an online survey was conducted on Chinese international students for about two weeks from November 15 to 26, 2021 to explore the relationship between key variables. As a result of the analysis, the first, the average college satisfaction of the upper group of student support satisfaction for international students was higher than the average of the lower group. The second it was found that the average level of college satisfaction of the upper group of perceived discrimination was lower than that of the lower group. In other words, the higher the level of satisfaction with international student support services, such as the operation of non-subject programs such as learning support, psychological and emotional support, and employment support for international students, and college life support such as mother tongue support, Korean language education, and administrative support, the higher the level of university satisfaction. It also means that the higher the perception of discrimination as an international student, the lower the level of university satisfaction, and the lower the perception of discrimination, the higher the level of university satisfaction.
Based on these research results, implications such as improvement of subject and non-subject curriculum, support for administrative services, and creation of a university cultural environment to promote understanding of Chinese culture that can increase the level of university satisfaction of Chinese international students in emergency situations such as COVID-19 were suggested.
