보수적이면서 특수한 상황의 어촌 지역 외국인 계절근로자를 위한 한국어 교육의 필요성을 제기하고 한시적 근로 상황, 한국어 학습의 시· 공간적 제약, 학력의 격차 등을 고려한 어촌 외국인 계절근로자를 위한 한국어 교육과정 및 교수요목을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 특수목적 한국어교육과 관련된 선행연구와 어촌 외국인 계절근로자를 비롯한 이해관계자들과의 현장 관찰, 면담, 설문조사를 통해 관련자들의 요구를 파악한다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 어촌 외국인 계절근로자를 위한 한국어 교육과정을 제시하고 어촌의 근로지 적응 및 한국어 의사소통 능력향상에 도움이 되는 한국어 교수요목을 설계한다.
We raise the need for Korean language education for foreign seasonal workers in fishing villages in conservative and special circumstances, and propose Korean language curriculum and teaching topics for foreign seasonal workers in fishing villages, while taking into account temporary working conditions, temporal and spatial constraints of learning Korean, and gaps in academic background. This study identifies the needs of those involved by analyzing previous studies and interviews with employers and officials in charge, including foreign seasonal workers in fishing villages. And based on this, we present a Korean language curriculum for foreign seasonal workers in fishing villages and propose a summary of Korean teaching that can help fishing villages adapt to working places and communicate Korean.
