This study aims to evaluate residents’ satisfaction with Chinese apartments, identify factors related to their residential satisfaction, and understand what to consider when analyzing the supply market. The questionnaire of housing satisfaction was measured of 8 factors of 44 items with a 5-point Likert scale. 45 Chinese international students living in Korea voluntarily participated in the survey, and valid data of 39 students living in apartment in China were analyzed. Also, data were collected by an online survey method using the Chinese app(WenJuanXing). They are were analyzed by SPSS.21 and jamovi program. As results of the analysis, apartment housing satisfaction was found to be high in the order of economic < convenience and facilities < management service community < internal quality < environment < internal structure < location factors. In addition, it was found that residents’ gender, family size, income, apartment ownership, floor size, and dwelling period were related to some satisfaction elements and the whole residential satisfaction affected to their moving intention.
