[초록]

이 연구는 외국인 유학생 대상의 실시간 비대면 글쓰기 수업에서 상호작용 활성화를 위해 온라인 도구를 활용한 사례를 분석하고, 그에 대한 학습자들의 인식을 확인하여 온라인 도구 활용 방안을 모색하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 A대학의 2021년 2학기 글쓰기 외국인 고급반 학습자들을 대상으로 대학 보고서의 작성 절차 중 계획 단계와 수정 단계에서 온라인 도구를 활용한 사례를 연구하였다. 대학 보고서의 주제 탐색을 위한 도구로 Miro를 활용하여 브레인스토밍과 마인드맵핑 활동을 하였으며, Padlet을 통해 동료 학습자와 주제를 공유하고 의견을 주고받는 상호작용 활동을 하였다. 그리고 보고서 개요 수정과 초고 수정 단계에서 Google Docs를 활용하여 동료 첨삭을 통한 상호작용을 진행하였다. 인식 조사에서 학습자들은 세 도구 사용에 대해 모두 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으며, 학습자의 수업 참여도와 교수자의 가시적인 첨삭 여부가 학습자의 도구 만족도와 관련이 있음이 밝혀졌다. 결과적으로 수업 목적에 맞는 온라인 도구 활용은 상호작용 활성화에 도움이 되었으며, 나아가 대면 수업에서도 활용이 가능함을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the case using online tools to activate interaction in non-face-to-face writing course for foreign students, and to find ways to use online tools effectively by students' perceptions about them. The case is the writing course where online tools were used in the planning and revision stages of the academic report writing for advanced level learners in the 2nd semester of 2021 at University A. Brainstorming and mind mapping were conducted using Miro as a tool for exploring topics of the reports. Students shared topics and exchanged opinions with fellow learners through Padlet. In addition, Google Docs was used for the interaction during the revision of the report outline and draft revision. The learners are all positive about the use of the three tools, and the participation of the learners and the visible correction of the instructors are related to the satisfaction of the learners. As a result, online tools suitable for the purpose of the class activities helped to activate the interaction, and furthermore, we suggested that they can be used in the face-to-face class as well.
