[초록]

최근 들어 국내 대학에서 외국인 유학생의 비중이 급격히 증가함에 따라 유학생 개인의 학업성취도와 진로성숙도는 대학 당국의 학사운영에 있어 중요한 요인으로 고려되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 대학에 재학 중인 유학생을 대상으로 그릿과 자기주도성과 학업적효능감 및 진로준비 간의 영향 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 연구결과, 첫째, 그릿의 하위요인인 노력지속과 상황적응은 자기주도성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노력지속과 상황적응은 학업적효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기주도성은 진로준비에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학업적효능감은 진로준비에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 유학생의 진로준비를 위한 선결조건으로서 그릿과 자기주도성 및 학업적효능감의 역할을 검증하고, 이를 바탕으로 유학생의 성공적인 학업 수행 및 진로준비를 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, as the number of international students who are studying in Korean universities has been increasing rapidly, the academic achievements and career preparedness of the individuals have become important factors in managing school affairs. Therefore, based on the international students that are currently attending Korean universities, this research attempts to prove the relations of how grit, self-directedness, academic self-efficacy, and career preparedness affect one another. As the result, first, effort maintenance and environment adaptation, which are sub factors of grit, showed positive(+) effect on self-directedness. Second, effort maintenance and environment adaptation showed positive(+) effect on academic self-efficacy. Third, self-directedness showed positive(+) effect on career preparedness. Fourth, academic self-efficacy showed positive(+) effect on career preparedness. The purpose of the research is to prove the roles of grit, self-directedness, and academic self-efficacy, as the preconditions for career preparedness in international students. Based on such findings, the study aims to suggest a direction that can lead international students to successfully learn and prepare for their careers.
