Korea and China has established cooperative relations through geographical proximity, cultural similarities, comtemporary cultural interchange, and university exchange. Since the amity between Korea and China in 1992, both countries have been in the spread of their practical interchange diplomatically and administratively, in the span of 16 years. Several communities in korea have set up the sisterhood relationships with a total of 408 towns and provinces in China. Many Korean universities have also been in the sisterhood relationship with many Chinese universities and have made progress in developing curriculums, unit interchanges, academic degree rules, professor and student exchanges.
Korea has intended to be a hub of the world in the 21st century, strengthening international competitive power in the field of education through elevation of high school education levels. They altered the policy to send students abroad to that receiving students into Korea to make an international balance of payments. They addressed a plan, " The Foreign Student Inducement Expansion Synthesis Plan " in 2001 and made a goal to induce 50,000 foreign students from 2003 to 2010. As a consequence, Korea increased the number of foreign students from 1,989 to 14,146 students on March 1, 2003. The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development of Korea made a plan, "Study Korea Project". They put their pledge into effect of inducing foreign students, studying abroad, and improving students' living conditions. As a result, they accomplished their goal and increased the number of foreign students to 63,952 students when on April 1, 2008.
However, more than 70 percent of foreign students studying in korea are from China. It is one of the questions and side effects in conducting the plan, although the government and the universities have been tightly cooperative reaching the aim of foreign student inducement. It could be originated from a very indiscreet management, working for the plan.

In this thesis, I tried to find the ways to solve some problems of foreign students with a questionnaire about foreign students' satisfaction and their adaption to studying in Korea. At first, I surveyed foreign students' purpose to study in Korea. And then, I surveyed their difficult points of studying and living in Korea and the degree of satisfaction with their college life. This thesis shows what the government and the universities should do to develop more effective university interchange and how they should make the foreign students absorb more in their studies, deepen their understanding of Korean culture, and live pleasantly in Korea.
I researched the previously studied materials on the same topic and I did a comparative analysis with the questionnaires answered by Chinese students in Korea and Korean students abroad, given the same questions.
