There is dramatically increased in the number of foreigners studying in Korea due to the Korean culture influences worldwide. Among the foreigners, many Chinese students are desperately approached the Korean companies and industries either in China or domestically to seek for jobs after their university graduation. However, less Korean industries are concentrating on employing Chinese graduated students because most are doubted on their abilities to fit themselves for the job given. Indeed, partial of those students didn’t obtain excellent results during high school or unable to enter their desired university and some even failed in the university exam in China. So, even they chose to get the university degrees in Korea, they couldn’t meet the Korean industries employment requirements in certain expert areas based on their potentials and abilities level after graduation. Therefore, there is a necessity to explore the employment factors and provide appropriate school-work links to those desired before their graduation. Lot of researches had been conducted on Chinese student employment issues but mostly focused on the Chinese students’ culture adaptability and their activities in university life but failed to pay attention on the employment factors after graduation. This thesis is studying on the reasons and factors of employment in Korean industries and companies that focused on the Chinese students to figure out the foremost elements to successfully gain their job positions in Korea.
