The purpose of this study is to examine the selection and pronunciation of Korean stem-final consonant cluster of international students living in Gwangju. As a result of the study, it was found that students with advanced Korean proficiency did not clearly know the phonological rules of stem-final consonant cluster. Therefore, it is necessary to explicitly teach and practice the pronunciation rules of stem-final consonant cluster even at the intermediate and advanced levels. And the international students pronounced the vocabulary that required the first of the two consonants to be pronounced more accurately, and the vocabulary that required the second to be pronounced was not well pronounced. The biggest factor influencing their pronunciation is the native language of international students. Chinese students had difficulties in Glottalization, while Vietnamese students had difficulties in Aspiration. Finally, it was found that students' choice of consonants was affected by the actual pronunciation of native Korean speakers living in the area.
