[국내자료/학술지] 책리하 외. 2021. 코로나19 대응 원격교육에 대한 유학생 학습참여도 및 학습만족도에 미치는 학습자 관련 요인: 실시간 화상형 강의를 중심으로

목적 본 연구에서는 유학생의 코로나 19 대응 원격교육에 대한 학습 참여도 및 학습만족도에 미치는 학습자 관련 요일을 알아보고이를 바탕으로 유학생을 고려한 원격교육에 대해 시사점을 제기하는 데에 목적을 둔다.

방법 이를 위하여 부산에 있는 P 대학교에서 2020년 8월부터 12월까지 원격교육을 받은 유학생 228명을 대상으로 학습자 관련변인과 학습참여도 및 학습만족도와의 상관관계를 종합적으로 분석하였다.

결과 그 결과, 유학생의 학습참여도와 상관관계가 있는 요소에는 TOPIK 등급, 원격교육에 대한 태도, 원격수업의 난이도 인식 차이, 면대면 수업 참여도, 인터넷 활용능력, 자기효능감, 코로나19로 인한 불안감이 있으며, 학습만족도와 상관관계가 있는 요소에는 재한기간, 원격교육에 대한 태도, 수업의 인식된 난이도, 컴퓨터활용 능력, 강의 내용에 대한 사전지식의 양, 인터넷 원활 정도, 자기효능감, 코로나로 된 불안감이 있음을 규명하였다.

결론 본 연구에서 규명된 예측 변인을 토대로 온라인 국제교육실 운영 등 온라인 협력 교육 프로그램과 원격교육의 질을 보장할 교육방법을 제언하고 원활한 인터넷을 위한 네트워크 구축과 원격수업을 위한 사전 교육, 학생 관리 프로그램에 대해 제언하였다.

Objectives This study purposes to find out the factors related to learners that affect the learning participation and learning satisfaction of international students in response to Corona 19 in distance education, and based on this, to raise implications for distance education in consideration of international students.

Methods The research participants are 228 international students who received distance education from P University in 2020.

Results As a result of comprehensively analyzing the correlation between learner-related variables, learning participation and learning satisfaction, Factors that correlate with international students' participation in learning include TOPIK grade, attitude toward distance education, and differences in perception of difficulty. Factors that correlate with learning satisfaction include majors, duration of study, attitude toward distance education, and it’s difficulty. As a result of multiple regression analysis, self-efficacy, anxiety caused by Corona 19, act, were the variables that predict the learning participation of international students in distance education, and self-efficacy, attitude toward distance education, ect, were the variables that predict learning satisfaction.
