장학금, 비자 규정 및 지원 서비스와 같은 구체적인 전략을 조사함으로써 이 연구는 학생 등록 및 유지 측면에서 이러한 정책의 효과를 평가하는 것을 목표로 한다. 또한, 이 보고서는 경제적 이익, 문화 교류 목표 등정책 이면의 동기를 포함하여 이러한 정책에 영향을 미치는 사회 경제적, 문화적 요인을 탐구한다. 분석은 또한 재정적 제약, 관료적 장애물, 통합 문제 등 정책 시행에서 직면한 과제를 다룰 것이다. 비교 접근 방식을 채택함으로써 본 연구는 다양한 국가적 맥락과 교육 체계가 정책 효과와 국제 학생의 의사 결정 과정에 어떻게영향을 미치는지에 대한 미묘한 이해를 제공하고자 한다. 이 종합적인 검토는 국제 교육의 역동적인 환경에 대한 통찰력을 제공하고 양국 교육 기관의 매력을 향상시키기 위한 권장 사항을 제시할 것이다.
